As much as we love Katsucon, this was the worst con I have ever been to. I'm sure it didn't help that I was sick most of the time either. I think the only saving grace was taking along Recluse's first junior member, Nazi_Penguin, to her first con. The hotel the con was at was far too small, there wasn't even enough room to breath. Plus we got kicked down to the basement for the Geass shoot and the lighting was terrible. Not to mention the fact Mapquest can not find anything in D.C. so we ended up being lost for a good 3 hours driving in circles. Fail con was fail, thankfully there will be the GAYLORD next year (best name for a hotel evar). |
